101 ISM Security Operator:Using Intellitactics
Duration: 2 days
Audience: Operators
Location: Intellitactics facility or client site (per Training guidelines)
Evaluation: Module review questions, Intellitactics User Test, Instructor recommendation
Accreditation: Level 1 - (ISM Certified Operator)
This two day course will instruct the participant on the use of the Intellitactics solution from the perspective of a Security Operations Centre (SOC) Operator. Extensive exercise with the Operations Console and Web Interface will prepare users to successfully monitor their environment in real time and over time, leveraging the various Intellitactics components.
Administrator Training
201 ISM Security Analyst :Administering Intellitactics
Duration: 2.5 days (17.5 hours)
Audience: Junior Analysts, Senior Analysts, Administrators
Location: Intellitactics facility or client site (per Training guidelines)
Evaluation: 101 pre-requisite, Configuration workshops, Instructor recommendation
Accreditation: Level 2 - (ISM Certified Analyst)
Analysts and Administrators will learn and explore various points of configuration within the Intellitactics solution during this course. Workshops will provide experience modifying the components of the solution.
Advanced Training
301 ISM Administrator: Advanced Intellitactics
Duration: 2 days
Audience: Experienced customer Administrators, Intellitactics Solution Architects, Intellitactics Partners
Location: Intellitactics facility or client site (per Training guidelines)
Evaluation: 101 and 201 pre-requisite, Instructor recommendation
Accreditation: Level 3 - (ISM Certified Administrator)
This course will cover advanced topics for users tasked with deep administration or customization of Security Manager.

Accreditation
Accreditation is available for Information Security Analysts and Information Security Professionals. In addition to a specialized learning track, the participant must pass a written test and achieve a satisfactory rating in a corresponding Implementation Lab.
