Making the Most of Your Intellitactics Investment
For Intellitactics customers, daily automated value depends on effective technical support and a full range of customer services like implementation assistance and training to accelerate time to value.
The Intellitactics Technical Assistance Center (TAC) is specially trained to troubleshoot the most challenging problems and provide fast answers to the simpler questions that new users have about Intellitactics. The TAC works with the Development team to quickly close the loop on high severity issues and directly with Product Management to review enhancement requests. All customers on maintenance have access to the TAC and the online Customer Center, where they can check trouble tickets, check the status of their enhancement requests and download any updates.
Intellitactics Professional Services offers a variety of packages called Value Paks designed to assist you in getting what you need from your Intellitactics deployment. Intellitactics Solution Architects bring hundreds of hours of experience and expertise from implementing Intellitactics for both simple and complex enterprises. They are familiar with the controls you need to enforce security policy, can advise you on how to quickly eliminate false positives and assist you in selecting reports for internal and external audits. Intellitactics Security Manager and Intellitactics SAFE are simple enough to install and implement on your own, but the CISSP- and CISA-certified Solution Architects are an affordable, short-term addition to your security team so you can focus on security and compliance.
Intellitactics Education and Training provides an integral component to ongoing success with Intellitactics. The training is role-specific, and can be offered at your site or at one of our training facilities in Reston, Virginia or Cambridge, Ontario. Classes offer lots of hands on exercises. The training accelerates knowledge transfer and gives all users the familiarity they need to be productive with Intellitactics.
