Reston, VA, March 13, 2006—Intellitactics, Inc. announced it has joined forces with SCAI S.p.A., an application development, reseller and consulting services firm headquartered in Turin, Italy to meet the rapidly increasing demand within the Italian marketplace for security event and information management solutions. Effective immediately, SCAI, an established market leader in system integration and consulting services, will distribute Intellitactics’ enterprise security management solution, Intellitactics Security Manager, to Fortune 1000 enterprises and government bodies across Italy. Installed in 15 major markets around the world, Security Manager simplifies the management of increasingly complex security landscapes by transforming millions of security events into a much smaller number of high impact, actionable alerts.

The partnership expands Intellitactics’ reach into the Italian market in the areas of sales, implementation and local support; and represents an expansion and diversification in SCAI’s portfolio of service offerings.
