Intellitactics Closes Largest Revenue Quarter in Company History; Posts Fourteen Consecutive Quarters of Record Revenue Growth

New and Current Customers Validate Operational Risk Management Solution

Reston, VA, December 19, 2005—Intellitactics, Inc. continued its revenue growth trend with its fourteenth record-breaking quarter. Sales of Security Manager to several large federal agencies contributed to the record setting revenue achievement. Strong performance continued in other traditional sectors, such as financial services and energy.

During the third quarter, the company moved a large number of existing customers to the most current version of the product, which includes many features designed to enable operational risk management. Operational risk management demands capabilities which will assure information security effectiveness and surpasses the benefits derived from audit reporting or event management – results common to other security information and event management (SIEM) solutions.
