Intellitactics Powers Up to Realize Accelerating SIM Demand Appoints Vice Presidents of Business Development and Product Management

Security information management achieves must have status

Reston, VA, May 26, 2005—Intellitactics, Inc. announced the promotions of Ron Hardy to vice president of business development and chief strategy officer and Sunil Bhargava to vice president of product management.

In the vice president of business development and the newly created position of chief strategy officer, Hardy will lead the collaborative development of Intellitactics’ overall corporate strategy, manage the company’s strategic partnerships, oversee technology partnerships, and manage the merger and acquisition process from research to evaluation to implementation. Bhargava will assume the role of vice president, product management formerly held by Hardy. Bhargava will lead the product management team to seamlessly channel emerging requirements for SIM into product that customers want to buy.

Hardy joined Intellitactics in February 2004 as vice president of product management. Previously he was CEO of ProTier Inc., an early stage enterprise software company marketing an on-demand server management product for large, dynamic application environments. Prior to ProTier, Hardy held numerous senior management positions at leading technology firms, including CEO at Digital Motorworks and vice president of strategy and M&A at Sterling Software. Bhargava, who’s been working with Intellitactics over the past two years, co-founded INTECH, a technology consulting firm, in 1992 and has provided management consulting to numerous technology firms, including, WisdomWare where he served as chief technology officer, OneSoft as vice president of technology, and Clip Genius as co-founder and chief technology officer. Bhargava holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Master’s Degree in Computer Engineering from George Washington University. Bhargava shares his philosophy on product management: “Product management must have sharp focus on transforming the experiences of customers and the desires of prospects into actionable product plans. My background in development and in setting and following through on product direction will enable Intellitactics to rapidly release products that offer value to current and future customers.”
