Randall K. Davis
President & Chief Executive Officer
Randall joined Intellitactics in November, 2002 as President and CEO. During his tenure Intellitactics has evolved to a leadership position as a software and service provider in the enterprise security management space. He has 20 years of experience in leadership positions in public software companies, such as Sterling Software, Systems Center and VM Software, where he gained extensive experience in the unique requirements of enterprise infrastructure software, specifically network management, systems management and information security. Randall served as president of the Network Management Division of Sterling Software, a $130 million network and systems automation leader providing solutions globally to many of the world’s largest enterprises. Randall is a graduate of Virginia Tech.
Sunil Bhargava
Chief Technology Officer
Sunil Bhargava brings more than 20 years of industry experience in enterprise technology, security practices, and product and business management to Intellitactics. Extensive experience gained from consulting to leading-edge organizations in the US, Asia, and Europe solidified his focus on assisting clients in crafting solutions to meet their requirements and implementing needed change. As chief technology officer for Intellitactics, Bhargava draws on this experience as he works with Fortune 500 companies and major government agencies to identify trends and requirements for leveraging information security best practices, technology, and processes to manage enterprise risk. Prior to joining Intellitactics, Bhargava co-founded INTECH, a technology consulting firm. Previously, he provided management consulting to numerous technology firms, including WisdomWare as chief technology officer, OneSoft as vice president of technology, and Clip Genius as co-founder and chief technology officer. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering and a Master of Science degree in Software and Systems from George Washington University.
Robert B. Edwards, Jr.
Chief Financial Officer
Bringing more than 20 years of management experience in finance and accounting to Intellitactics, Robert joined Intellitactics as the company’s CFO in May 2003 to oversee all legal, finance, human resources and administrative functions affecting the organization.
During his career, Robert has held senior management positions at numerous technology firms, most recently serving as executive vice president and chief financial officer of Entigo Corporation, a venture capital funded software development company. During his tenure at Entigo, Robert guided the company through turbulent market conditions, successfully growing revenues by more than 45% and driving the company to profitability.
Previously, Robert was chief financial officer, vice president and treasurer of AXENT Technologies. During his eight years at AXENT, Robert transitioned the company from a venture capital funded private firm to a public entity through an initial public offering. He also oversaw several major mergers and acquisitions, and was instrumental in building the infrastructure to facilitate the company’s dynamic growth from 100 to 650 employees and $5 million to $113 million in revenue.
Robert holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from Michigan State University. He also sits on the CFO Steering Committee for the Maryland Technology Council, the Board of Trustees for the St. John’s Episcopal School and the Board of Directors for True North Solutions, Inc.
Pam Casale
Chief Marketing Officer
A seasoned market strategist with more than 20 years of marketing and management experience for emerging and established technology companies, Pamela joined Intellitactics in October 2004 to manage corporate and product strategy and marketing activities including web presence, analyst, media and trade show relations, advertising, lead generation and general sales support.
Previously, Pamela was the founder of Clear Thinking, a marketing consultancy based in Northern Virginia that provided strategic market and product planning counsel to emerging companies in the high-tech industry. Earlier in her career, Pamela held senior executive positions with Baan Company, Merant Software, Sterling Software (acquired by Computer Associates NYSE: CA), and MAXM Systems (acquired by Boole & Babbage).
Pamela holds a Masters degree from the University of Pittsburg, a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania, and has attended the University of Virginia Darden School Executive Program. She also serves as an advisor to several high-tech companies and developing companies in the Virginia area.
Kevin Carr
Vice President, Sales
Kevin T. Carr brings over 16 years’ experience in software sales and executive management to Intellitactics. Prior to joining Intellitactics, Carr was Vice President of Sales for the Americas with Oblicore, a leader in Service Delivery Management software and best practices, where he led Oblicore’s Americas’ sales team to achieve record results. Previously, Carr served as Vice President of Sales for Candle Corporation, where he led a 125 member team responsible for commercial and federal sales and operations for the United States, Canada, and Latin America bringing in over $225 million in revenue. During his 10 years at Candle he achieved record growth in revenue for 8 straight years. Carr also held sales positions with Beacon Software and Computer Associates. He is an expert in developing sales processes and training highly productive sales teams, has served as an instructor at Sandler Sales Institute, and publicly speaks on sales topics at industry events and conferences. He holds a B.S. in Marketing from Towson University.
Michael A. Cerick
Vice President, Strategic Alliances
Mike Cerick joins Intellitactics from Global DataGuard, a provider of security risk management solutions for midsize to enterprise-scale organizations. Expert in business and market development, Cerick brings over 15 years of success in penetrating new markets, launching new products, and developing high-potential channel partners. Adept at implementing and executing on processes and hybrid sales models that ensure customer and channel loyalty, Cerick brings notable expertise in helping companies realize their desired goals around risk and cost reduction, regulatory compliance, and business enablement.
As Executive Vice President of Sales and Business Development at Global DataGuard, he revamped the go-to-market strategy from a VAR-focused model to a hybrid model including a direct organization. Previously, Cerick was Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Scalable Software, an information security firm providing SaaS-based policy management solutions, compliance-focused consulting services, and MSSP services to the Fortune 500 and state and federal governments. Prior to that, he held positions as VP of Sales and Marketing. He holds a B.A. in Communications from The University of Richmond and works from the company's office in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Terry Low
Vice President, Development
With more than 20 years of software development and senior management experience in commercial enterprise software, Terry joined Intellitactics in July 2003 to oversee the development of the company’s industry-leading NSM™ solution.
Previously, Terry was vice president of research and development for DataMirror Corporation, a leading provider of enterprise application integration and resiliency software, where he led the development of DataMirror’s LiveBusiness suite of products. Prior to DataMirror, he was the vice president of research and development at Delano Technology and was responsible for directing the development of the eBusiness Interaction Server Platform suite of products. During his 13 year tenure at the IBM Laboratory in Toronto, Canada, Terry was instrumental in helping to bring many cross-industry products to market, including Visual Age for C++/Java and the Net.Commerce/WebSphere Commerce suite.
Terry holds a combined honors Bachelor degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from York University and a Master degree in Operations Research from Southern Methodist University.
Tom Wallace
Vice President, Customer Services
Tom joined Intellitactics as vice president of customer services in February 2002, with the mandate to provide exceptional customer service and complete satisfaction to Intellitactics Global 2000, government and MSSP customers.
During his career Tom has managed teams throughout the entire software lifecycle for some of the leading firms in the software industry. His management experience includes the internal functions of software development, technical writing and quality assurance, and critical customer-facing services including pre-sales engineering, training, technical support and service delivery.
Most recently, Tom was director of Eastern North America technical support for Portal Software, where he was responsible for building and directing a technical team to support more than 100 customers and partners. Previously, he was director of worldwide technical support and director of territory systems engineering for Sterling Software from 1998 until the company was acquired in 2000 by Computer Associates. Earlier in his career, Tom built his strong portfolio of experience with providers of key information technology solutions.
Tom holds a Master of Science degree in Management Information Systems from The American University and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management Information Systems from James Madison University.
